Standard size width is 3”. Custom lengths also available upon request

30” Length with symbol embroidered at ONE END on ONE SIDE ONLY.

40” Length has symbol embroidered at ONE END on ONE SIDE ONLY. Used singly, so that two are needed to mar k both Old and New Testament Lessons.

60” Length has symbol embroidered at BOTH ENDS on OPPOSITE SIDES of ribbon. When doubled through the Bible to mark Old and New Testament Lessons both symbols are visible to the congregation.

Bookmarkers standard size width is 2” x 30”. Symbol embroidered at ONE END on ONE SIDE ONLY. We do not suggest using velvet for bookmarkers. Velvet is too bulky a material to be satisfactory for use in markers.

Standard Sizes:

Veil: 24” square
Burse: 9” square when closed

The same symbol is embroidered on the Burse and the Veil. Both pieces are edged with silk cording and lined with satin that best compliments the chosen material. All Dominion Regalia Burses are made with plastic Burse boards. These tend to overcome the problem of warping frequently encountered with cardboard inserts.

Please note that we normally place the embroidery so that it is correct when seen with the fold to the Celebrant’s left.
