Artwork
If a design, logo or insignia is to be reproduced and camera ready artwork is not supplied, an art charge will apply.
Back Orders
Back orders are shipped unless cancelled by customer.
Cancellations
If an order is cancelled after order placement, the cost incurred to the date of cancellation will be charged.
Claims or Damage
There are occasions when merchandise is damaged during shipment. In all instances, the carrier is responsible for the safe delivery of the order and all claims for damages must be filed with the carrier.
Credit Applications
Please allow two weeks for approval of credit applications. All new accounts will be shipped C.O.D. unless prior credit approval has been established.
Deposit
A 50% deposit is required on all custom orders. All custom orders must be accompanied by a purchase order and copy of artwork. Delivery dates quoted are based on the date of receipt of approved artwork and written order.
Die Charges & Screen Changes
All dies and screens remain the property of Dominion Regalia Limited.
Exemptions
A current, signed exemption form must be received from any customer requesting tax exemption.
Minimum Invoice
Minimum order for invoicing is $25.00.Shipping extra.
Over-Run/Under-Run
Because of the nature of our manufacturing process, it is impossible to make the precise number of units required. All orders are subject to 10% over or under run and will be invoiced accordingly.
Price/Product
Please contact us for product pricing including bulk discounts. All prices and product designations are subject to change without notice.
Production Time
This will vary depending on items ordered. Always state the precise date of your event in order for us to determine the shipping method best suited to delivery on time.
Returns & Adjustments
Must be authorized in advance. Restocking charge of 15%. Return freight is the responsibility of the returnee. Special orders, all custom work and all non-stock items are non-returnable.
Rush Orders
Rush orders will be charged extra; generally 20% more.
Shipping
All prices F.O.B. our plant, Toronto.
Special Instructions
In lieu of special instructions from the customer regarding layout, size, print style, etc., our best judgment will be issued.
Terms
Cash, C.O.D. or Net 30 Days to established accounts. Interest will be charged to overdue accounts. Goods will not be shipped to overdue accounts. Orders can be charged (by telephone or mail) to MASTERCARD or VISA accounts.
Trademarks, Copyrights, Registration Marks
The factory bears no responsibility for legal infringements. The factory assumes the customer has permission to use all designs asked to be reproduced on Dominion Regalia’s products.
Warranty
Dominion Regalia will replace any items defective in material and workmanship. Claims for replacements, shortages, etc. must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
